  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in a little hot water

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone to soften it.
  2. Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to whisk.
  3. Dissolve the instant coffee in a little hot water (or use cold brewed espresso) and add it to the cream.
  4. Mix the mixture well.
  5. Divide the cream into small cups.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
