- In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone to soften it.
- Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to whisk.
- Dissolve the instant coffee in a little hot water (or use cold brewed espresso) and add it to the cream.
- Mix the mixture well.

- Chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
