Meringue Base
  • 3 Albume d'uovo Use fresh eggs for best results
  • 200 g zucchero Granulated sugar works well
  • 100 g mandorle tritate Use finely chopped almonds
  • 1 cucchiaino scorza di limone Use freshly grated lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Montare gli albumi d'uovo con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una consistenza ferma.
  2. Aggiungere delicatamente le mandorle tritate e la scorza di limone, mescolando con cura.
  3. Disporre dei mucchietti sulla teglia foderata con carta forno, formando i 'bianchini'.
  4. Cuocere in forno a bassa temperatura per farli asciugare.
